What is the warranty on your products?
GOLMOND.com guarantees that items we ship to you will be the quality, weight, size and style described herein. If any item you receive is not substantially the same as described, upon our receipt of the nonconforming item in new condition and accompanied by all documents we shipped to you with the item, at the option of GOLMOND.com we will either replace the item with an item that is substantially as described herein or refund all amounts you paid, including shipping and handling costs.
What is your return policy?
GOLMOND.com provides a 30-day "no questions asked" money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (customerservice@golmond.com
) or phone and we will immediately issue a return address with detail instruction.
A 10% restocking fee is charged for returned items. All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.
The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged
- You must pay for any return shipping expense.
- Display the order # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund
What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?/FONT>
All shipments we sent are trackable and insured. If there are any issues with a shipment, please contact our Customer support immediately at customerservice@golmond.com. We will do everything possible to locate the source of the problem.
When will my order arrive?
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 12 noon Eastern Time for next day delivery.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- United States Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
